2. Acceptance of Terms

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with pl77. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. pl77 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Discovery of multiple Accounts will result in closure of all Accounts, cancellation of all wagers and bonuses, and forfeiture of any balances across all Accounts.

4. Account Registration and Verification

Upon registration or before your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit identification documents, which may include a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or Philippine national ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and possibly additional documentation as requested. All submitted documents must be clear, legible, valid, and unaltered. Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested will result in Account restrictions, including inability to withdraw funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. 5. Deposits and Withdrawals

pl77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), cryptocurrency (USDT), and other payment methods as made available on our platform. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100, unless otherwise specified for certain payment methods. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and third-party payment processors.

5.2 Withdrawal Process

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use pl77 Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content obtained from pl77 without express written permission. Unauthorized use of pl77 intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pl77, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of pl77 Services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your Account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon Account closure, you must withdraw all remaining Real Money balances. 11.2 Involuntary Suspension or Closure

pl77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent or irregular activity, providing false information during registration, engaging in bonus abuse, underage gambling attempts, money laundering concerns, or at the direction of PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities. In cases of involuntary closure, pl77 will endeavor to return any remaining Real Money balance after deducting amounts owed to pl77, though we reserve the right to forfeit balances in cases of serious violations.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. pl77 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of PHP 500 on dormant Accounts until the balance is depleted or the Account is reactivated. To reactivate a dormant Account, contact Customer Support.

12. Disputes and Complaints

If you have any dispute regarding pl77 Services, you must first contact our Customer Support team, who will attempt to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. If the dispute cannot be resolved through Customer Support, you may escalate the matter to our Complaints Department by emailing with full details of your complaint. We will investigate all complaints thoroughly and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If you remain unsatisfied with the resolution, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with their dispute resolution procedures. You agree to attempt good-faith resolution through these channels before pursuing any legal action.

13. Amendments to Terms

pl77 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be notified to Players via email, Website announcement, or notification upon next login. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of pl77 Services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must cease using pl77 Services and close your Account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of pl77 Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue on grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that achieves, to the extent possible, the original intent and economic effect of the invalid provision.
